The Director, known as Founder or Aunt Arctic. She is the director of the EPF, always go to her for island news and missions. Former director of the PSA
Gary, Known as Gary the Gadget guy, or G, He is the Technical leader and a scientist, best to go to if you break your phone. Former PSA agent. 
Rookie, not known by anything else. He is the Communications leader, always has some form of information on what the enemy is doing. Former PSA agent 
Jetpack Guy, known as Guy or JPG. He is the tactical leader, go to him if you need weapons. Former PSA agent. 
Agent PH, known as Puffle Handler or Paige. She is the Puffle Trainer. Talk to her if you need to teach your puffle some skills. 
Agent D, known as Dot the disguise gal, or just Dot. She is the Stealth leader. Go see her if you need to be hidden quickly.
